Anthony Owen serves as Arkansas’s Director of Computer Science, a position housed within the Arkansas Department of Education. Owen began his career in education as a math and science teacher in 2006. From 2011 until July 2015, he served as ADE’s K-12 Mathematics and CS Specialist.
